Bhubaneswar: Human Resources (HR) experts from the public and private sector discussed and deliberated on wide-ranging topics, case studies, challenges and the latest trends in the HR profession at the 40th Foundation Day of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Utkal Chapter, held at here on Saturday.
The event was observed under the chairmanship of Nalco director (HR) B K Thakur. The former CMD of NLCIL Sarat Kumar Acharya, professor emeritus of IMI, New Delhi, Arun Kumar Rath, SAIL director(personnel) Himanshu Sekhar Pati graced the occasion.
NIPM vice chairman Santosh Tripathy released the latest issue of quarterly journal ‘Personnel Focus’ . The NIPM secretary Sanjay Kumar Mishra and the chairman of the programme committee Suvendu Das also spoke on the occasion.
