Paradip: State-of-the-Art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) was commissioned within the Paradip Port Trust (PPT) hospital premises, here on Sunday. PPT chairman Rinkesh Roy, Chairman dedicate it to the PPT service in presence of Paradip Ladies Club president Subhalaxmi Roy, state pollution control board regional officer Ramesh Kumar Ekka, and Paradip muncipalty chairman Basant Kumar Biswal.
The plant has a capacity of processing and treating 10 kilo litres of waste water daily. It has been designed and installed by the Richardson Cruddas Ltd, Chennai with a cost of Rs. 32 lakh.
