Vijayawada: Odisha’s former minister and senior BJP leader Biswabhusan Harichandan Wednesday sworn-in as the new governor of Andhra Pradesh. The acting chief justice of Andhra Pradesh, C Praveen Kumar, administered the oath of office to the new governor at a simple function organised here at the makeshift Raj Bhawan for the purpose.
The Andhra Pradesh chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and his ministerial colleagues and senior officials attended the function.
