Puri: International sand artist Manas Kumar Sahoo has paid his tribute to the former foreign affairs minister and BJP leader Sushma Swaraj though his sand art -Tearful Tribute to Sushma Swaraj.
The artist has created a national flag of India and the portrait of Sushma Swaraj. The sand sculpture is of 15 feet wide made with 15 tons of sand, with the hard labour of nearly 5 hours and with a message “Tearful Tribute to Sushma Swaraj”.
