Cuttack(Naraj): The three-day first international edition of Sri Sri University Model United Nation, The SSUIMUN, was conclude, here on Sunday.
The inaugural session was graced by Subrato Panigrahi, director and founder, Institute of Quality and Environment Management Services Pvt. Ltd., Kusum Musaddi, secretary general of West Bengal Federation of United Nations, and Narendra Lamba, director of operations, Sri Sri University.
Model United Nation meets are replicas of United Nation Meets. In the three days event five committees debated over various agendas including sustainable and economic development of the coutnry. The committees also put its ideas.
On the second day, SSUIMUN, was graced by State agriculture minister Arun Kumar Sahoo. He said , “It’s very difficult to be simple and its very simple to be difficult.” He enlightened the audience by speaking about the psyche of telling or listening of truth and told that in order to become a good writer or speaker, one has to be a good listener.
University executive registrar Dr. B. R. Sharma, the secretary general, IMUN, A. Pranathi Naga Sai, and director of student affairs, Chandra Sekhar Panda also spoke on the occasion.
