Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Planning Board Thursday decided to prelare report on public health status and way forward in the time of deadly contagious Coronavirus.

The Board is, in fact, is going to submit reports on public health, agriculture & allied sector, MSME, tourism to the government after due consultation with the stake holders and the experts.

The Board meeting, which was held under the chairmanship of deputy chairman Sanjay Dasburma, decided to engage the Naba Krushna Choudhdy Development Research Institute as nodal agency.

Deputy chairman Dasburma said that the Reports suggesting measures to achieve excellency in these sectors will be submitted to the chief minister Naveen Patnaik who is also the chairman of the Planning Board.

Development commissioner Suresh Chandra Mohapatra, planning & convergence special secretary Gopabandhu Satapathy, and NKCDRI director Srijit Misha were present.
