Bhubaneswar: Dr. P. K. Roul is the new vice chancelor of Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology.
The Odisha governor Ganeshi Lal has cleared the name of Dr. Roul for the top post in OUAT, one of the premier agriculture university of the country.
Dr.Roul an eminent agricultural scientist was the Dean of the university.
Dr Roul was director horticulture and chairman APICOL.
