Dublin: The Irish Odia Association, based in Ireland, celebrated the Boita Bandana Utsav & Chhadakhai Feast on Sunday. It was a joyous occasion for the Odia community members. South Dublin County Council Mayor – Alan Edge, graced the occasion. He emphasized the significance of Boita Bandana chanting “Aka Ma Boi, Pana Gua Thora, and Masak Dhram Mora.”

The Head of Chancery and cultural head Hema Sharma from the Indian Embassy, in her speech highlighted the maritime tradition.

According to Sanjib Barik Odias living in Ireland participated in the celebration in large numbers.
