Paradeep: AM/NS Ports organised a health awareness camp at Lockpada Upper Primary School to mark National Doctor’s Day under its CSR initiative “Aarogya”. The event aimed to recognise the contribution of doctors and raise awareness about monsoon-related health issues in the local community.
On this occasion Dr. Niranjan Dwivedy from AM/NS India led an awareness session primarily focusing on the prevention and treatment of diarrhoea. He urged students, teachers, and guardians to adopt preventive practices such as handwashing, using clean drinking water, etc.
AM/NS Ports officials and the school staff felicitated 10 doctors from Biju Memorial Hospital, JPM Rotary Eye Hospital, and the AM/NS India MMU unit for their dedicated service in nearby areas. The honoured doctors included Dr. Basanta Kumar Rout, Dr. Ronit Abhisek, Dr. Soumya Sucharita, Dr. Diptirekha Behera, Dr. Asif Alli, Dr. Prasanna Kumar Samal, Dr. Debabrata Sahu, Dr. Akshita Subudhiray, Dr. Soumya Ranjan Parida and Dr. G Lohit Kumar.
