Bhubaneswar: TP Central Odisha Distribution Ltd. (TPCODL) is transforming lives through its innovative CSR initiatives, Project Daksh and the Odisha Green Jobs Academy. These programs provide rural youth and women with job-ready skills, paving the way for employment and financial independence.
Launched in September 2023, TPCODL’s Vocational Training Centres (VTCs) across Angul, Khordha, and Cuttack districts offer short-term, industry-aligned courses that meet National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) Level 3 standards. The centers provide training in high-demand skills like facility management, plumbing, electric vehicle service, and solar panel installation.A total of 440 young men and women have been trained and certified to date. All have been placed with top companies.
Project Daksh focuses on practical skills for formal employment, while the Odisha Green Jobs Academy promotes sustainable trades like solar energy and EV maintenance.
