Bhubaneswar: The Utkaliya Group celebrated Women’s Day with the theme “Suvarna Swayam Sampoorna” (Golden, Self-Sufficient, Complete), here on Sunday.
Moving beyond traditional festivities, the Group dedicated the day to the silent architects of our culture—the weavers. By showcasing intricate handloom weaves, the members sent a strong message of vocalizing for local crafts. The event was a testament to the fact that when women come together, they don’t just celebrate themselves; they uplift an entire community.
The event was graced by keys members of the group Ms. Leeta Das, Ms. chitrika Pattnaik, Ms. Zarina Mohanty, Ms. Itishree Baliarsingh and Debjani Bose.
