Bhubaneswar: The Indian Institute of Management,Sambalpur (IIMS) is organising this year’s Business Conclave —Marmagya 2.0, here on Saturday. The theme of the conclave is ‘Dynamic Millennials, Future Leaders’.
The Odisha governor Dr.S.C. Jamir, will grace the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest. Industry experts and students would discuss on various topics around the theme.
“Within a year of inception, Marmagya has proved to be a great platform for industry leaders, academia and motivated students to discuss, debate and re-think business and society”, said Media Team head, Aditya Anand. Themed ‘Dynamic Millennials, Future Leaders’, Marmagya 2.0 this year will feature a series of panel discussions on relevant topics, he said adding, the conclave aims to provide a professional platform that will bring together the business leaders and academia; the one that breaks barriers, promotes collaboration to find new ways of building teams and taking up new challenges.
The topics of Marmagaya 2.0 are Opportunities with passion, Evolution of recruitment metrics, Redesigning traditional HR practices to fit millennials, and Grooming of millennials for leadership. Senior executives of major corporate houses like Tata Steel, Reliance, TCS, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Jindal Stainless Ltd., Mahindra Finance, Raymond Ltd, DCB Bank, Capgemini and successful startups like OYO, Bigbasket.com, PQuest and Ministryfashion.com will participate in the Conclave.
