Bhubaneswar: The two-day Samruddha Odisha 2036 Conclave, organised by Utkal Chamber of Commerce & industry Limited (UCCIL), will be held at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar, from 25th November 2025. The event is expected to attract an overwhelming response from industry leaders, policymakers, academicians, and entrepreneurs as it aims to hig hlight Odisha’s ambitious roadmap towards becoming a robust industry-driven and innovation-led economy by 2036.

With participation anticipated from over 30 key sectors, including Semiconductor, Rare Earth & Critical Minerals, Aerospace & Defence, Al & T, Blue Economy, Agriculture, Food Processing, Logistics, Mining, Power, Renewable Energy, Pharma, Textiles, Automobile, Real Estate and others, the conclave will serve as a unique platform to unlock new opportunities for investments, collaborations, and policy-level engagements.

The conclave will commence with an Inaugural Session attended by distinguished guests, industry experts, and senior government officialsDuring the Aerospace & Defence Session, discussions will focus on India’s transition from import dependency to becoming a global defence export hub, Odisha’s growing prominence in strategic defence manufacturing, opportunities for MSMEs in defence procurement, and the development of Odisha as a strong base for defence component manufacturing.In the Logistics, Ports & Inland Waterways Sessions, experts will deliberate on strengthening port infrastructure, industrial estates, parks and corridors, and inlanc water transport systems-crucial components for enhancing Odisha’s logistics competitiveness.

Similarly, the vibrant MSME System Session will focus on finan cing and credit linkages for MSMEs, upskiling the local workforce, apprenticeship requirements to strengthen industry-ready talent, and policy support for MSME sustainability and growth.
